We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to join our forward-thinking professional services client in London. This international firm is looking for a self-starter to take ownership of their position and in return provide an exciting opportunity for growth and professional development.

The Role

This position of Client Relations Manager will suit someone who enjoys building and maintaining relationships. It is going to be an interesting position for someone that thrives off problem solving and getting creative with clients’ business needs.

Duties of the role include:

  • Regular contact with clients – building and maintaining relationships with the customers.
  • Providing clients with professional advice and support
  • Representing the company at all times.
  • Scheduling meetings and follow ups.
  • Passing on leads to other divisions within the business and collaborating internally to ensure best service to the client is given.
  • Recording accurately onto the CRM system.

What You Will Bring

  • Previous client relations manager experience
  • A solutions-orientated attitude and customer-focussed mindset
  • Analytical and critical thinking – being able to interpret a client’s stated and unstated needs
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration/Marketing or another relative field
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office packages
  • Confidence and motivation for your own success but also for your team.
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills
