We are actively recruiting a CRM Project Manager for our B2C streaming service provider in Germany.


After a year of the whole world being glued to the TV, our client has gone from strength to strength and now has more than 2 million customers using their platform to watch HD and UHD content. This presents an amazing opportunity for an experienced IT/CRM Project Manager to join the business within the CRM system and processes team. 


About the role

  • This role is for a CRM Project Manager – someone with prior IT B2C experience
  • All the physical development of the CRM system is outsourced, so this role is for someone perhaps with historical development/coding experience, who is now keen to project manage the task – taking a full overview of the project and being responsible for the service provider getting it right. This role will not include any hands on developing.
  • You will be taking accountability for timeframes and budgets, as well as fixing any issues that come up throughout the process to ensure the CRM is efficient and fit for purpose.
  • Advising the service provider in technical and non-technical terms exactly what needs to be done and ensuring that work is completed to a high standard.
  • You will be communicating internally and externally in German and English, so working proficiency needs to be excellent in both languages



  • This role is 50/50 between home and office, so you will need to be accessible to Munich.

  • Experience with web services/RestAPI’s
  • Work independently and also within a team
  • Happy to not develop as this isn’t available in this role
  • German and English language skills – need to be able to communicate effectively in both
