Front Office focused, fast paced development role within a leading organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code, so must be technically strong but able to work within a trading function/desk.

Responsibilities:

• Develop quality software and web applications - cross Platform using HTML5/JS based Front End
• Supporting primarily the FX Derivatives Trading Platform
• Analyze and maintain existing software applications
• Design highly scalable, testable code
• Discover and fix programming bugs

Requirements:

• HTML or CSS or JavaScript or TypeScript and Related APIs
• Experience of Web Services (REST, SOAP etc)
• WebSockets and React.js understanding

Additionally:

RESTful APIs, JSON, GIT, various front-end development tools and build pipelines

Chromium/Electron and/or OpenFin experience is highly desired
